1Acceptance of Terms of Use

• The user has requested account closure on their own initiative.

For account closures resulting from a breach of terms, rr777 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. rr777's decision in such matters is final.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimers

In all circumstances, rr777's maximum total liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
